For those of you who saw the hit movie this summer "The Hangover" you probably remember the character Alan (Zach Galifianakis) using a unique pronunciation of the word retard: "RAtard". When I watched this short RPV video I immediately started laughing and thought one thing: Creigh Deeds is either a liar or a ratard.
